The Kilapi Service allows you to request a 200kz credit to continue communicating if you run out of balance and do not have the possibility to recharge at the time.
How to Activate
Dial *105*200# and press the call button. Also, you can send the message type KILAPI and send it to 19105.
- Become a prepaid private customer.
- Be in Active status for at least 3 months;
- Have a balance equal to or less than 150Kz. In other words, if you have more than 150Kz of balance, you will not be able to order Kilapi.
- The Kilapi Service costs 30Kz. The amount is deducted from the balance, together with the 200Kz credit, as soon as a charge equal to or greater than 230Kz is made.
Movicel Call Me Back Request
The LIGA-ME Service allows you to send free SMS to any Movicel number requesting you to call, whether or not you have a balance. You are allowed to send up to 10 Call me messages daily.
To use the service, the customer number must be in the active state (but it is not charged and does not need to have a balance). And it has two options Type *611*Destination No.#
